We believe in all our product quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone.

We offer a refund policy if our plugins cannot meet your requirements. So in simple words, If any of our promised features are not included with your purchased plugin(s), we will process the refund without asking any questions!

Note: We have a 14-day refund policy, and you will get your full money back if you are eligible.

If you experience any difficulties using the purchased plugin(s). You are always welcome to get help from our support team via this contact form. They will surely help you to fix certain issues.

We’ll be happy to refund the entire amount. So, consider a couple of points:

  • A recurring license will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before the automatic renewal date.
  • The license renewal will continue and remain valid every year (1 year) unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.
  • We will send an email 4 weeks before your renewal date, so you can use this opportunity to cancel the subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive updates and support for the product and service after your license expires.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

Please note the following details of ShopCred license subscriptions:

  • ShopCred require renewal of subscriptions every year, but you can choose whether to renew your subscription or not.
  • We suggest renewing your subscriptions because we are always improving our products and releasing new updates.
  • A valid subscription is required for receiving updates, and some of the features might not work properly without a valid license/ subscription.
  • If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, it will renew the product subscription after one year and charge from your account automatically.

Receive the Refund

You can receive a refund within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. You can claim a full refund regardless of the package cost. However, you should consider some limitations touching upon the following:

Exchange Rates

Please keep in mind that if you purchase the ShopCred subscriptions or products in any currency other than USD. We do not repay the concurrent difference in exchange rates.

Service Fees

If you have been charged a service fee when purchasing an ShopCred subscription or products, the amount you will receive as a refund will not include the service fee mentioned above. Since we do not charge you any extras, we cannot reimburse you for paying service or tax fees established by your country.

Single Plugin Refunds

If you have purchased a total of two or more plugins under a Custom subscription. You cannot claim a refund for any of them separately. We shall make a refund for all plugins within your subscription. If you still wish to continue using several of them, add them separately to the cart and create a new custom package.

Not Eligible For A Refund

  • Technical issues caused by other third-party plugins.
  • Asking for a refund after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Missing features that we haven’t announced anywhere.
  • Whether taxes are payable or not entirely depends on your country’s tax policy. It has nothing to do with our pricing.
